These can be conducted anonymously, or under the management of the
client.
The range and type of questions to be set is fully
configurable, from simple yes/no, ranking, rating and multi-choice,
to fully open. All responses are validated within the web
form and the surveys can be suspended / re-entered by the user
without loss of data.
Whilst survey results are coming in, they are also fully visible
and can be monitored in real time.
The massive accumulation of data provided by large and
complex surveys is often expected to take many weeks to refine,
organise and input to the various reports by traditional methods,
however the use of the integrated Wildfire tool allows
immediate detailed and filtered analysis and immediate output
to MS Office 2007 applications, or customised Crystal
Reports.
The surveys are constructed and implemented electronically by
Link Information Technology Ltd and the linking powerful
filtering functions allow intricate and highly focussed reports to
be generated quickly, by non technically qualified staff.
